About Frankie
Hi, I’m Frankie - and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

My path into this work began during a difficult time in my own life. I was living with depression and disordered eating, feeling weighed down and disconnected from myself. Healing didn’t happen overnight - it was slow, sometimes messy, and full of twists and turns. But little by little, I discovered how powerful it can be to meet ourselves with compassion, and how much shifts when we begin to welcome the parts of us we’ve learned to hide.

That journey inspired me to train in Shadow Work and coaching. I wanted to share what I’d found - a way of working that goes beyond “thinking your way out of things” and instead helps you connect with yourself on a deeper, embodied level. This is the heart of my approach: gentle, curious, and rooted in compassion.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with women and children rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse. This continues to remind me of the courage and resilience within all of us, even in the most challenging circumstances.

A bit of background.. I grew up in rural North West England before moving to London to study Social Policy at the London School of Economics. Later, after working a management role in the NHS, I realised my true calling was elsewhere - in work that felt more aligned with my values of honesty, healing, and genuine human connection. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting others in slowing down, meeting their hidden parts with kindness, and creating space for new possibilities to unfold.

Currently, I live in Bristol with my husband and our fluffy, cheeky dog. Not that long ago, we spent time travelling and living on the road in a camper van, a chapter that deepened my love of freedom, adventure, and simplicity - values I still carry into my life and work today.

If you choose to work with me, I want you to know I don’t see myself as the kind of therapist who “has it all figured out” while you sit on the other side. That old one-up, one-down dynamic isn’t me. I see us as equals - you’re the expert on you, and I’m here to walk alongside you.

At the same time, I bring all of my training, experience, and deep care into the space we share. My role is to hold the container with skill and compassion, so you feel safe enough to explore what’s been hidden and discover what’s waiting underneath. I’ll meet you with openness, authenticity, and a very down-to-earth presence - no judgement, no pretence.

It’s in that balance - me holding the space with expertise, and you bringing the truth of who you are - that real transformation becomes possible. If you feel drawn to explore the parts of yourself you’ve kept tucked away, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you rediscover your wholeness.
