At The Session
When you join me for a session you enter a space of calm exploration and open curiosity. Whether it’s a regular one hour meeting or a longer five hour exploration, our time together invites you to connect with the parts of yourself that often stay hidden; the feelings, beliefs, and patterns that quietly shape how you move through life.

In our time together, you’re welcomed just as you are, without judgment. The process is all about creating room for those hidden parts of you to be seen, heard, and understood in a way that feels safe and intentional.

Shadow Integration Coaching with me is available for both men and women seeking to uncover the patterns behind their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and apply that understanding to make intentional, positive change. Each session provides a relational and embodied space to notice the parts of you that protect, doubt, or long for something different, and understand how they influence your choices and everyday life.

This work blends reflection and action. We explore unconscious patterns while also focusing on forward movement, decision-making, and real-life application. By meeting these parts with curiosity and compassion, you can cultivate clarity, self-trust, and emotional balance - while beginning to integrate change that resonates across relationships and personal goals.

Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly, offering a steady container for growth and integration over time. For those seeking deeper, immersive experiences, I also offer longer Shadow Integration sessions for more expansive exploration of unconscious patterns and early life dynamics. Sessions are currently available online, with in-person options soon to be offered in my studio in Bristol.

Shadow Integration is about mindfully exploring the different parts that make up who you are. You may already notice this in everyday life - sometimes one part of you pulls in one direction, while another sees things differently. Each part holds its own feelings, needs, and stories, and together they form the rich inner landscape that shapes how you experience life.

In our sessions, we bring this inner world into the room in a tangible, embodied way. A safe, nurturing space is created - marked by textures, colours, objects, and a soft carpet that reflects your inner landscape. You’ll be invited to choose items that resonate with different parts of yourself, and through embodying or holding these symbols, you can express their energy, thoughts, and emotions. Stepping back into a quieter observer role, we pause to reflect together on what emerges.

The pace and direction of the work are guided by you. We focus on the parts that feel most present or important in the moment, gradually building a clearer map of your inner world. From here, we explore the shifts or interactions that might be helpful - perhaps offering comfort to a vulnerable part, setting boundaries with another, or helping two parts find new understanding. This process is unique to you, with my role being a supportive, compassionate guide alongside you.

For parents, those preparing for parenthood, or anyone interested in generational patterns, immersive Shadow Integration sessions offer a powerful way to notice how early experiences and family patterns show up in daily life. This awareness can help you respond with greater clarity and compassion, nurture deeper bonds, and create a new emotional legacy for the next generation.

Before we begin, we take time to clarify your intentions and discuss any past experiences that may be relevant. This embodied, trauma-informed approach helps you connect more deeply with yourself, discover new possibilities, and create space for healing, integration, and lasting change.

Sessions are currently available online or in person in Frome, with in-person options soon in my studio in Bristol.
