When you join me for a session you enter a space of calm exploration and open curiosity. Whether it’s a regular one-hour meeting or a longer five-hour exploration, our time together invites you to connect with the parts of yourself that often stay hidden; the feelings, beliefs, and patterns that quietly shape how you move through life.

In our time together, you’re welcomed just as you are, without judgment. The process is all about creating room for those hidden parts of you to be seen, heard, and understood in a way that feels safe and intentional.
1:1 Coaching

Coaching with me is about creating a space where all of you is welcome. We all carry different sides of ourselves - the part that wants to please, the part that doubts, the part that feels angry, the part that longs for rest, and so on... In our sessions, we slow down enough to notice these parts, to listen to what they’re holding, and to understand how they’ve been shaping the way you think, feel, and respond to the world around you.

So often the parts of us that seem to clash or pull in opposite directions are actually trying to protect us. They’ve taken on roles to keep us safe, even if those roles don’t always serve us anymore. When we start to meet these parts with curiosity and compassion, something shifts. They don’t have to work so hard. They begin to soften. And in that softening, life can feel less like an inner battle and more like a gentle collaboration.

Think of coaching as a steady container for self-inquiry - a place where old patterns can loosen, self-awareness can deepen, and trust in your own inner wisdom can grow. There’s no pressure to perform, no rush to get anywhere. We go at a pace that feels right for you, and we let the process unfold in its own time.

My role is to hold that space alongside you, asking thoughtful questions, reflecting what I notice, and gently guiding you back to yourself. Over time, the shifts may be subtle but powerful: more choice, more clarity, more connection with the wholeness of who you are.

Shadow Work is about gently exploring the different parts that make up who you are. You might notice this already in everyday life, sometimes one part of you feels pulled in one direction, while another part sees things differently. These parts represent the many perspectives within you, each holding its own feelings, needs, and stories.
​
In our sessions, we bring this inner world into the room in a way that feels tangible and real. A special space is created, marked by a soft carpet, symbolising your inner landscape. You’ll be invited to choose colours, fabrics, or objects that resonate with different parts of yourself and place them within this space. As you step into these parts, wearing or holding their symbols, you’ll embody their energy and express their thoughts and feelings. Then, stepping back into a quieter observer role, we pause to reflect together on what emerges.

The pace and direction of this work are guided by you. We focus on the parts that feel most alive or important in the moment, gradually building a clearer map of your inner world. From here, we explore what kind of interactions or shifts might be helpful. Maybe you’ll offer comfort to a vulnerable part, set boundaries with another, or help two parts come to a new understanding. This process is unique for everyone, and you decide what feels right, with my support as a gentle guide along the way.

Before we begin, we take time to clarify what you want to explore and discuss any past experiences that feel relevant to the work ahead. This embodied, compassionate approach helps you connect more deeply with yourself and offers space for healing, understanding, and new possibilities to emerge.
