Free 30‑Minute Discovery Call
Before any booking, we’ll have a free 30‑minute call. This is for us to meet, talk through what you’re seeking, answer your questions, and make sure you feel safe and comfortable moving forward. There’s no obligation to book anything after the call - it’s a spacious, no‑pressure way for you to decide if this feels right.

After our call, you can choose:
A 2‑hour Introduction Session
A 5‑hour Immersive Session
Ongoing Shadow‑Informed Coaching sessions

Confidential Client Form
Once you’ve decided to book, I’ll send you a confidential client form to complete before your first session. This helps me understand what you’re bringing, any relevant history, and how best to hold the work with you.
Fees & Sliding Scale
Both Shadow Integration and Shadow‑Informed Coaching are charged on a sliding scale so you can choose the rate that feels right for you: £50 – £80 per hour
You choose the rate within this range based on what feels affordable and fair for you.
There’s no judgement, you decide where you sit on the scale and pay accordingly. This rate applies to: 2‑hour sessions, 5‑hour immersive sessions, and coaching sessions.
For example:
A 2‑hour introduction might range from £100–£160
A 5‑hour immersive session might range from £250–£400

Deposit & Balance
To secure your booked time slot:
A non‑refundable deposit of 1 hours fee (£50 – £80) is taken at the time of booking. This reserves your space in the diary. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your session.

Taking a deposit helps me protect your spot and plan the work in a way that feels held and organised.

Payment Options
I accept payment by bank transfer, the details will be sent to you upon booking. If you need a payment plan for additional sessions or ongoing work, just let me know - I’m happy to discuss arrangements that help the work be sustainable for you.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the space to another client. Deposits are non‑refundable if you cancel within two weeks of your session date. If you cancel earlier than that, your deposit still secures the planning and space set aside for you, but we can always talk about alternative arrangements if something comes up.
